I'm at kind of a loose end right now - the two people I beta for aren't writing very much, and everything's gone very quiet. I'd be happy to give you a hand if you want - I love trying to untangle complicated plots and can discuss character and motive for hours. Grammar, spelling and 'style' are kind of instinctive - I always end up correcting them no matter what I'm reading, but I'd love to get stuck into something plotty.

No offence if I'm not the kind of beta you want. It's a tricky business, finding the right person, and if it doesn't work out, I'm in favour of walking away with no hard feelings, as it's easier in the long run! Anyhoo, enough rambling, just to say that I'm here if I can be useful :)

At this point I'm more stressing about the beta part than the actual fic part. But I've not actually hit any snags yet, so I could see that changing shortly. = )
