XD what a hilarious challenge! what is 'torchwood,' anyway?

Torchwood the show follows the goings on at Torchwood the organization, which is led by Captain Jack in Early 21 Century Cardiff. It's supposed to deal with scifi issues that are a bit too dark to deal with on Doctor Who - and a bit like the X-Files as well, as it's funded by the Goverment to deal with happenings with aliens and so on. Other than that, no clue.

Am eagerly awaiting October 21, 'cause it sounds fun.
