Today was not actualy Papa's birthday. Tomorrow is Papa's and my uncle Clint's birthday, today was party.

Anyway, the group of us consisted of my grandparents, Mom, my sister, my uncle Clint and his wife Bonnie and his son Nathan, my mother's best friend Linda, and myself. And we got a private room at the Wayside Inn for a few hours, and it was really cool. The food was good, but on the expensive side, and Linda brought a cake. We talked loud about random subjects from politics, to various Disney theme parks, to how Nathan will kill 17 hookers, no more no less mugshots.

And there's a game of "Where's the $40 Go?" happening in the house, because Linda refused to be paid back for the cake, and Mama refuses to not pay her back. So the $40 is located somewhere "safe."

Tomorrow's my interview.

I also started working on a timeline of the event's that happened in MST3K instead working on the MST3K/War of the Worlds crossover. The location isn't shifting anymore, and I know how it's going to end, it's just the getting from what's written to end I'm planning on working to.

But about the timeline: it's based on that the air dates for the events are when the events actually occured. Except when it get's to the SciFi era, when it's 2497, then 50 BC, then back to present day Earth? I was thinking about some of the throw way lines that happened in The Projected Man, when Gypsy says that their time coordinates where right after they disscontected from Deep 13. So wouldn't that make the time then 1996 instead of 1998?

It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I counted up the days that elasped from the Projected Man, and figured that Soultaker happed around 8/26/97, which not only puts the events happening in August instead of April.

And since I'm a complete fake!cannon MST3K whore, I think I should set the MST3K/WotW fic to this projected date. Or I'm I just thinking about this too much and should just really relax?

Just relax. Because, if you really think about it, all the present things we've seen actually take place "In the not too distance future".

It's always that theme song, dammit

Every so often I think I can make some bit of cannon seem logical, but there's always just one thing that makes it not true.

Except for at least part of the SciFi era had to take place between 1992 and 2000, 'cause of the Vice-President commanded special. = P

Those damn Brains. They always have to make everything so complicated for us. Well, at least you're not trying for a M*A*S*H timeline or something. That'll ruin your life.

Oh, man. Trying to figure out how eleven Christmas Eves can happen in a three year war without time travel or time loops? My brain is exploding just trying to THINK about it.

Did you see that episode where they had an entire year in one episode?IT was in the 8th season I believe, and took place in 51-52!

I haven't seen that one yet, but that's nuts. Most of M*A*S*H happened in two years? There's not enough days in the year for each episode after that! It makes MST3K look downright orderly.
