In "Slow Decay" Tosh posits that while in the Archives she's probably under the Red Dragon Centre. It's about a half mile there from the Bay.
In "End of Days" Ianto mentions that all nine levels of cells are filled, but there's more below them.
I think of Indiana University's library. One section of the building is twelve stories tall, not including the basement where the media services live. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Informatics building from the edge of the library.
It now dawns on me just how big Torchwood Three is. And how it's only staffed with five people.
