I'm supporting Obama. But if he doesn't win the primary I'll vote for Clinton. And since all the people I'm completely horrifed by dropped out, I will even be happy with McCain. ( As long as he doesn't go to war with Iran. )

Everyone likes this icon! It's a Japanese Maple tree, taken from a more or less defunct project with a charecter that's ( alien ) species looked very much like a Japanese Maple.

For my also defunt <lj site="livejournal.com" user="tardis_bigbang"> entry, I was researching what the British space industry is like, where there are places that you can launch rockets at, and one of the pages I found was the ( now defunct ) plan to build a space center in Swansea in conjuction with the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Also, since one of the launches for rockets in the UK was Aberporth, I decided that in some alternate history, Wales was a soviergn nation with a kick-ass space program. Considering at the time I needed to construct how "The Quartermass Experiement" could exist in the near future when Spuntnik didn't launch until 1957. And how the best thing in that universe now is still Space Shuttle and Soyuz even though there were human missions to Jupiter in the 80's. And since my grasp of politics after 1970 in the US is poor, I know almost nothing about British poltics after... 1900? Excepting the background for the world wars.

Eve Myles is gorgeous. Cardiff is lovely - at least, the pictures I've seen of it. It's even pretty in Google Earth! Eve + Cardiff = Win.

I own these shoes. Same color, same style, though a bit more scuffed up. I use this mostly for RL stuff, because of it.
