*sniffs* I'm all verkleped because the Angel finale. And then I read a fanfiction. Now I'm more verklemped.

WHY? WHY? WHY? *smacks head*

And on a completly diffrent note: We had a speaker for Notre Dame today. He was talking about some of the activites and clubs they have. Fencing, making boats, Mystery science theater club... And with my selctive hearing, there was a huge emphisis on the mst3k club. So for my question I asked him if he was a miste or if he was just mentioning a obscure club. He was just metioning a obscure club. So Mr. L asked him if mystery science theater 3000 was a mystery dinner.

This is only upsetting because we were going to do a presentation on a hobby for that class, and I had started work on it, and he switched it to a presentation on the poetry of song lyrics. The presntation went okay, but I still really wanted to do the hobby thing. My hobby was internet fandom, and was going to have mst3k in it.

And slash, so it was probably for the best.

Completely random, but there's a restaurant just to the south of the Bruce Peninsula I see when visit my grandmother. The sign outside always seems to read "FRIDAY: MYSTERY DINNER THEATER" and I always think "Cool! MST3K!". One day I plan on writing a sign that reads "SCIENCE" and get my picture taken holding that sign over the word "DINNER".

This wouldn't be out of character for me. Several years ago, back when we were in high school, my friend and I taped a sign that read "HONK IF YOU LOVE EEGAH!" to the back of my family's station wagon. We got quite a few honks from other cars and several stares from border crossing guards.

And slash, so it was probably for the best.

Word of advice: never try to explain fandom to the masses. You'll only get hurt.
