I finaly registered to take the SAT. yay. It's not that I'm in fear of the thing, it's just the bother going to the testing site, an hour away since this is "rural" Indiana. I could have waited to take the test in December so I can take it at my local high school, but I figure that it's best to get it over with.

And there's no way in HELL I'm going to take a timed essay. I'd rather do analogies with words I've never heard of instead of taking a timed essay. At least with analogies, you have a one in five shot of getting it right.

On another note: My school doesn't teach art. They teach this bizare thing where you try to draw things with the teacher constantly telling you not to draw it, and taking notes and filling out worksheets. This is not an art class, this is a psycology class with crayons. Really expensive crayons.

What is the new SAT like? I took the old one. That was 4 years ago. I got a 1200. 200 math *hangs head in shame*, 1000 English.

Analogies are pretty easy. It's a process of elimination. Going with that would be a good move.

The new SAT new stuff is the essay and now the math section is going up to Algerbra II instead of just Geometry. They tossed out the analogies and I certin kind of math problem I can't remember right now.

Stupid standerdized test people.
