Toto gets short shafted, man. He doesn't even get to talk until several books later! Of course, Toto got retconed into a zen master and had nothing to really say.

I can safely say that you cannot OD on Oz. It's impossible. Or maybe I've developed such a high tolerance when I was little I can't imagine it.
