IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!
Jan. 30th, 2007 11:00 pmI just spent the last ten minutes reading on the prosodic morphology of semitic languages - mostly Arabic.
Now, that normally wouldn't be important but I finally understand how one can have part of the name of God but not all of it and how one can leave out the vowels in a written language with it still making sense. Cross-cultural bonding for the win!
