My mom, sister, and I all trundled off to Santa Claus, IN to go to Holiday World. It's a amusment park that has diffrent areas for diffrent holidays (Christmas, Halloween, and 4th of July) and a water park.

If you ever happen to be in the area and have a day to kill, vist.

It was a nice day to vist. The skys were overcast so it wasn't too bright, and it only sprinkled a little on the way home. The lines for the park rides were about five minutes, but the lines for the water park rides were at least a half hour. We got soaked on the ride, and when we were about to get on the next ride we were dry. And when we were wet, we were cold.

I suppose the best part of the day were the park rides, with the roller costers toping the list. But my siter brusied her hip bone beacause the coster was shaking so much. They were wooden, if that explains anything.

But the funnel cake was good too.

And everyone had a ride that they refused to go on. Mom didn't want to go on the roller costers, my sister didn't want to go on the swings, and I din't want to go on the flume ride.

On the scrambler, everyone was complaining that various parts of other people were sticking into them. We just fit in the car thing.

And it just so happens to be the summer solstice today! Well, it's still June 21st here at anyrate. Or, as Crow put so elegetly (as written by someone else I can't quite remember at the moment) "Cool Day".

This is only true for my friends in the northen hemisphere, in the southern hemisphere: Happy winter solstice! Tomorrow's daylight is a little bit longer!

And for the friends in the high northern and high southern ladditudes: Hey, you'll soon get actual days again soon!

Another useless fact by twincityhacker/lamplighter: "There's no such thing as daylight in cyberspace!"
