Should I feel bad for writing a purposefully boring essay? It's for the teacher that gets an hour every day to kill my love for the English language.

Hey, if I could write purposefully boring essays for all the teachers I hate, I wouldn't feel bad at. Quite good, actually.

I used to do that. However, they were usually more condescending than boring. Maybe that's why my sophomore and junior year English teachers hated me.

Interesting fact: Those two teachers, whom I had difficulty with, were women. The two who were great were men. Hmm..

The only good English teachers I've had were women, and one of them was a Language Arts/Science teacher.

My current English teacher, who is a man and the only one of my English teachers to be so, is the only one that I've found to be boring. As in commit hari kuri on the floor in dishonor of having him as a teacher boring. It took him three days to give us the requirements for the paper.

Have I mentioned here that the other class, the same excat course I'm taking, has already written five essays and read a book in addition to what we've done in his class?
