I'm not too worried about mercury in HFCS, as the tuna sandwich I have once a week has far more mercury in it than all the HFCS I have for the rest of the week.
It's just absurd that people are still using mercury to make the stuff when there's other stuff out there - if just for the workers who have to make the HFCS.
