Victorian pumping station, for the maybes that Torchwood was built out of an old one of these. Personaly, I think they built an underground base, and just kept adding on to it in a really haphazard fashion. Papplewick Pumping Station

Also, I protest the room I'm in. No one should have to attend class in something called "The Flame Room."

And now, I should decamp to Collins so I can eat.
