First thing of the new year: Had fireworks in our yard. Had our neighbor's fireworks in our yard, that went off a little bit too low for comfort. The big flowerly ones, that are supposed to go high up, were about five feet off the ground. O_o

Yeah, that's not good. Though I've had a few scarier experiences, namely, starting a cornfield on fire with a misplaced bottle rocket, and a lovely little spinny thing that was supposed to go straight up, but instead decided it wanted to fly straight at the very large pile of fireworks. Not to mention the numerous times I've nearly lost fingers to firecrackers XD
