Whats a big problem in St. Louis right now?

Brick Theft! After a brick building has a fire, thieves go in and clean off the damaged bricks and cart them away to the Gulf Coast to sell them for a premium.

Council members want to increase the penalty for brick theft to a year in jail.

Oh no, it's not per brick. It's just if you take any bricks you an go to prison for a year.

Though one day per brick might cut down on theft a little, especially on the really big jobs.
