In Doctor Who universes:
When the Time Lords and Daleks were removed from the time line (or some other horribly complicated shaped time) how did it effect the rest of the time stream? Were they removed from the time line so that if a time traveler would never met a time lord, or would their actions be removed as well as their personages?
As in, from an outsiders perspective, Romana traveling with Four never happened? The Doctor remembers traveling with Romana, but now in the time line they've never toppled governments together?
