Feb. 28th, 2010 07:34 pmWe went out and about today, shopping for things for vacation. And stuff for my lunch. We ended up leaving a bag at the check out at the first store, so after looking all over for the recipt I missplaced, we went to pick up the bag. They didn't give us our bag back, because when it was in the lost cart, the bread and donuts were squished and the cheese was unsellable.
On another shopping front - I'm trying to chase down some ebooks of the Jeeves and Wooster stories, and the only place I'm finding them is Waterstones. Would not even all that bad, if not for the fact that the ebooks are more expensive than the the dead tree version. By a couple of pounds.
On the other had, they also had two collections of Wodehouse that's more reasonably priced.
