sister_luke, called "I'd Rather Madness". It's completely, and absolutely awesome. It's spoilery for all of the Whoverse, and it's main charecter is Jack, with a beautiful side of Jack/Rose. Anything more would completely spoil it so just go read the damm thing and praise the woman down to the ground, okay?
