Dear Jasper Herald:

Your classifieds suck. If it's not printing everything under "Help Wanted," it's having two "help wanted" sections at oppiste ends of the section. I would have gone out to apply today if I knew that there were jobs I was actually qualifed for today! Now I have to find something that looks respectable and that I can walk across town in 90 degree weather.

Edit: The place closed at 3. I was able to schedual some stuff I need for school, though.

love,

A few months ago, [profile] ludditerobot posted a question of what to watch on a Tuesday night, House or The Unit or some other show I can't remember.

I voted House over The Unit.

[livejournal.com profile] ludditerobot said something about he surpirsed that snarky doctor shut out military drama.

Today, for me at least, why snarky doctor beats out military drama. The History Channel is on all the time at my house, and has been for the last ten years or so. The history channel is pretty much "The History of War Channel." And if it's not The History Channel, it's a PBS war thing, like a few days ago with "Two Days in October" where they intercut student protest at the University of Wisconsin where they had a sit in to protest the company that made naplam and massive police outing with a horrfic ambush in Vitnam where a tiny group of Vitamese took out an entire batallion.

Then there was the woman who was fray adjacent with the protest and lost a brother in the ambush.

Yeah, not that this is really important, the reasoning why I prefer snarky doctor to military drama and not the "Two Days in October" stuff, but it's sometimes intrtesting to see why things are in my skull.
