Jul. 17th, 2005 11:25 pmDear anyone who reads this who has gone to a religion-affliated collage
I am currently trying to select a collage to attend next year, and since I've avioded it like a plauge all of last year for various reasons, I'm in a little bit of a hurry to chose one. I've only visted two places, both of which I'm probably not going to: (Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis was not what I was looking for at all, Smith is doubtful that I would get in, and Walbash University is an all male institution)
So I'm looking though the Compact Guide to Collages, and are currently looking for a smaller liberal arts collage in Indiana, and I ran into a bit of trouble. Most of the liberal arts collages are affilated with a religious orginization. I am not religious, and is a little werieded out by religous organizations. I'm perfectly fine with people who have deeply held religous beliefs as long as they don't try to convert me or are completly crazed like thinking that faith healing is the only way to help the sick.
The question I'm really asking is this: If I feel this way about religous insitutions, should I avoid relgion-affilated schools?
