Until today, I never realiized there was so much bad blood between the various parts the play. See, right now the main tech guy, Ryan, is pissed off at the main backstage guy, Bailey. What I think is wrong is that they both think that they're incharge of everything, only they're supposed to be running the thing together. So the two of them are spitting nails at each other and hardly anything is getting done because if one does somthing the other thinks it's wrong and the director is busy trying to get the wrinkes in the production worked out and was not in a good mood because today was the first day off book and that's never a good day.

Of course, none of this is the reason why I'm pissed off at them. Well the feud that is going on is stupid, and if they just minded their own busniess it would be fine. But the bit I have problems with is the way they do the lights. As in, there' an easier way to do it, and YOU WOULD KNOW THIS IF YOU READ THE FUCKING MANUAL! Not so strong words, as I haven't quite found my social legs yet in the theater department, but still. And since I'm probably going to be gone the days the program the lights, it will be programed in a lovey archaic fasion.

I shouldn't even care though, because it's not my job. I don't think I have a job. I'm lightboard operator two, so I'm not really needed. I might be a spotlight, but no one knows yet. So I'm been calling myself light wentch and doing anything thats been needing doing. Which has been pretty much nothing do to the above battle.

But I think I did okay on the PSAT, so the day hasn't been a total waste.
