Dad and I went to see Spiderman 2, and we got back an half hour ago. Since I was all bouncy from seeing the movie, I decied to go over to the computer and read myself to sleep.

Then I found the ship manifesto, and ate some chocolate, and I'm thinking the world really, really needs a paper on the Joike (Should I feel guilty about highjacking a fuzzy moment from the Mike era Christmas special for a pairing name?) and Forrester/Frank pairings. I would include Servo/Crow, but lets introduce MST3K slash with humans over the age of consent... though the 'bots and Mike *are* over 500 years old if you count the time they spent as beings of energy at the end of the universe.

Hee, I love MST3K. You can talk about things like the legal age of robots and invisable elves and no one thinks you're *that* strange. Maybe a little werid, but that's okay.

The Things I Do For Love (and money)

Today's jem  is was a flash animation piece about the last meal request of several convicts in the state of Texas called "The Last Request".  I liked the last slide the best, if like is the best term for it.  The quote is "Mercy, Duke University points out, is not only enlightened, it's also economical."  Since it costs the state two million less to keep them locked up than it would be to execute them.

I stumpled across it while I was looking for the flash music video of "The Element Song"

This morning, at 6:30 AM my subconious demanded I write a host segment with a song about the meaning of life set to the tune of "The Elements Song", right NOW. Or right THEN rather.

Since my room lacked any working pens at the moment, I went to the basement to work. And I'm still working on it because I can't decide on a movie to have it a host segment in. But the segment, that is very orginaly named "A Real Songfic", manages to have all the SOL crew members in it except for Mike, since the psuedo-philosophy was more suited to Joel. Or at least my version of Joel. I think it comes from reading the msting of Team Revelations and it's sequal Team Revelations 2 too many times.

In other news, I'm converting all the pictures on my hard drive to .jpegs and some of my documents to text, then archiving half the computer on the internet. The pictures are being stored on Photobucket and my music (whitch are mostly mst3k sound files and a christmas albulm) and most of the documents are being zipped and stored on a few diffrent email accounts.

And if I still have stuff left over, most of the music is gonna be dumped on a disk, and the text documents are being posted on a webpage. I might have to get a new one, which is no big loss, since I still can't get into my webpage.
