Didn't get to bed until late, late thursday night because of the hiding in the basemnet from nothing. Nothing happned, except clostrophobia from being in said basement for four hours.
Friday passed in a sleepy blur. I did okay on the spanish final, but I almost didn't do the back side of the test. Ooops. Compounded I walked in late the very first time to that class this year.
Then we cleaned out our lockers. Or in twincityhacker/lamplighter speak, went dumpster diving to recycle the workbooks that everyone tossed out instead of recylceing them as we were supposed to. Even though I recived some "watch out for the nutjob" looks, I was laughing all the way to the school supply store. Not only did I save a few trees, I found: seven new binders, five pencils, three textbooks, a teacher textbook, a nearly empty CDR, and a graphic calculator.
I think I did well on my geomety final, but I don't know. But I did find out that I got into the American Experince class. It's a lovely project oriented English/US history class that for some reason has a Shakespere unit and several Buddhas in the room that some how realates to the cirreculm.
I still counldn't bealive class was over when I got home, nearly an hour after school was out.
Later, my sister, dad, and I went minature golfing (my sister won) and the batting cages. Later my sister said that you can exercise without going out in the sun. = )
And today we went to Evansvill, and I drove. Which was somewhat eventless excpet the part where I went 80 mph down a hill. We went to Evansvill to get my Dad's laptop a new battery, with a quick stop at Krispy Kreme for doughnuts and Borders to spend my Christmas gift certificates. *HUGS BOOKS* Nice books for reading on our way to Wisconisn in... nine days.
