My Party:

My party is against hate, fear, and ignorance. My party is based on historical examples and what's working and what's not working in the world today. My party is for manners and people being nice to other people, and acutal debate. There is no ad hoc attacks in my party, as when you call the other side asshat while trying to prove a point, you just aren't makeing yourself look like a asshat but your poit, as you're making your side look like it's fighting words are just playground insults. My party is for actual scientific reseach. My party admits it's mistakes and tries best to fix them. My party is for leaving people alone, unless what someone is doing is actualy hurting other people.

but if it ever does exist, I'd like to join! On the condition that every now and then when the opposing side is clearly lying or wrong, or whatever, I can call them asshats ^_^

I'd just thought I'd check, since everything I've been looking into politics yesterday could probably be solved by by the people involved thinging "Gee, this is kinda silly." or "Would I want this done to me?"
