To refer to the MST3K slash pairing of Joel/Mike, I highjacked the name "Joike" from a touching moment of the Mike Christmas special. And today I found out that Joike happens to be an actual name. It's mostly a Nowegian surname, but it can be used as a first name as well.

Hm. I should go label my tapes.
