Okay, that explains some of it. I don't go to many concerts - actually, these were the first two that I went to if you don't count a battle of the bands I went to once - so I don't feel so bad at losing at popular culture. As badly. = )
And I bow to your superior knowledge of Buffy cannon! I remembered that Giles did play the guitar a few times, but I didn't remember what songs he played.
