Fireworks!

The sytle contest winners are up. While I'm not crazy about the winning design, I happy the "Top Secret" design was at least chosen for a finalist.

Though for shear novelty factor, the buliten board design is still the coolest.

A few hours ago one it sounded like someone was shooting fireworks at the house. Turns out I was sorta right, and the nieghbors where shootting firerks away from where the people outsdie were sitting, which ment it was aimed a little at the house. So I went outside and watched it with them, and hhung out and watched Will and Grace for a little while afterwords.

Though I did learn something important today: Fireworks = Sex. Or that's what the teenagers I was with interpreted the diffrent styles of fireworks.

That only cost me two near death experinces. The first when I nearly got rained on with embers, since I still was on the side of the road Ryan was shooting the fireworks at (it almost hit another neighbor too) and once when the firework didn't shoot out of the tube properly, and went off in the road, nearly hitting his mother. (Who is a lot like Jackie from Doctor Who.)

And since I'm not in Massachutts this Fourth of July (Happy Fourth!) I think Dad and I might fo to Otwell to see the tractor pull and fireworks. And if we do, I'll bring the camera to show the awsomeness of tractor pulls.

Tractor pull canceled on account of storms. *sigh*

So, Dad and I headed to go see Superman Returns. It's still a good film if you're wondering. Even though the power failed, but at least it wasn't...

Though if the fireworks is going to be cancled, I haven't decied whether it's the Boston fireworks or the New York City ones.

Nor have I picked which language I'm going to be taking in the fall, even though I'm registering for classes tomorrow. I've got another 24 hours, right? = ) No, I've decied it's either Japanese, Korean, or Russian. (It has to be a non-Western European language for a class, so even though I'm still going to be taking Spanish probably, it doesn't count for this.)
