I've been watching "Life On Mars." It's good. I even got parts of it, though others has me nodding and smiling and hoping that they get to another island of cultural understanding soon.

I'll probably watch the American remake as well. If it's not complete a disaster. I just think I'll better enjoy the remake because I'll know ( and love! ) some of the shows that were around then and were set in LA, like Emergency! and Adam-12 and Dragnet.

I like the premise. Though I wonder if this will fair better than Journeyman. Hopefully.

I'm hoping as well. I didn't care for Journeyman myself.

I've been watching it too. It's very good and hee, I know what you mean about nodding and smiling.

John Simm is hot... and that's sometimes the only reaction I have. This is not a bad thing.

I like the idea of the American remake (for once in a blue moon) but mostly because I really, really like Colm Meaney and think he could just pull Gene off well enough.

*nods* My default reaction is enjoying how completely insane most of the charecters are. Annie has brains except when going clubbing in mobster's headquarters.
