Do I get a pin?

I want to get a Jack Harkness action figure. And the Rose and K-9 set. With Martha, Nine, and the Face of Boe.

Does this mean I'm officially a geek now? Or does it only count when I have one in my grubby little paws?

You are a geek, but we still love you.

...wait, you're asking if that makes you an official geek now? Yea, you've been one for a while :P

though to be fair, I'm pretty geeky about the Simpsons *looks at his Simpsons action figures* what? they talk and say funny things.

I just thought I'd double check! Though I should have guessed when I bought the tie-in novels.

Or, you know, tried finding out the technical aspects of the Satellite of Love. Though that was made of fail because nothing was in scale. At all.

I think the coolest thing the Doctor Who things do is have lots of points of articulation. The sonic screwdrivers and TARDIS stuff is the really cool things.

Were the tie-in novels good? I bought some for another series and they were good, definitely added to the whole mythos.

Points of Articulation = cool... unless there are too many or they're not very well made. Like, I think I had this tiny GI Joe figure I got at like, Goodwill, and its joints were some sort of really flexible rubber... which was cool but it made it sort of limpish.

Yes, they were good. Then again, it's Torchwood, so everything is relative.
