Today's fencing gem: "Don't do that. It's a great way to break your sword."

Even though I'm studing the "most dangerous weapon" - foil blades are flimsy little blighters, and when they brake they have a sharper point because they're a a bit thinner in the circumfrence of the blade - fencing is still safer than golf, as no one has ever died in fencing sport in the US. I'm sure that some idiots snuffed it in a duel or two, though.

I'd update with more interesting things, but I do fencing and I go to class and that's pretty much it. Though I kinda wish they'd turn on the heat!

Today I tried to do some of my Spanish homework while listening to some music. I couldn't do it, but I can't listen to music and read or write in English either, so I'm not entirely sure why I tried.

Uhm. Still cold, but I have heat now! Negiciable heat as my feet have been parked on the heater for a good ten minutes and their still ice-cold, but heat. Maybe I'll be able to sleep without wearing a sweatshirt tonight?

Still knelling here...

Well, since there was massive technical faliure, Portal coming to webepisodes is not going to happen for a few more monthes.

SO! I will end up going ahead and ripping all of my Portal episodes to an easly shareable .avis. Except since all my tapes are in Jasper, it will be a bit before I get to it. Does anyone else what to see it? I'm sure that the expliots of a man on a satellite on low Earth orbit with his some-times robot companion must appeal to someone out there, yes? = )
