a user hostile experience

I conquered the Adobe .epub DMR, and now I can read my new, shiny Jeeves & Wooster collections on my Kindle. I cannot fucking wait for Adobe's DMR to be cracked. This entire journey has been ludacris in the extreme, from finding a place to buy the books all the way to getting them on my reader. ( To Recap... )

So, I downloaded two Wodehouse complations from Waterstones. I have a Kindle. It has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE to get my book onto my reader. So far I have:

Installed Python 2.6.4

Installed Python 2.6

Unintallled Python 2.6

Swear at computer

Realize that I did not uninstall 2.6.4

Reinstall Python 2.6

Fail to install Python as my admin account is not being recognized as an admin account x 4

Run installer from command line

Install CryptoPython

Create .pyw files

Try to associate .pyw files though right click

Try to associate .pyw files though command line

Reboot Computer

Try to associate .pyw files though right click

Try to associate .pyw files though command line

Find Out that you MUST install Python for all users with Vista 64 bit, or Python won't work.

Cry.

I can't seem to figure out what's the technological problem. My laptop keeps claiming that the wireless signal is non-existant, when it's just on the other side of the wall. And when I switch off from my home network, I can use a neighbors wireless fine. And, eventually, when I switch back to my home network it works again... for a while.

I have absolutely no problem reciving the signal when I am further away from the router.
