For sociology class, my teacher wants us to come up with some religous films. But since I really don't want to see either The Passion of the Christ or Left Behind, I'm trying to come up with some altenitive films that you, know, would be religous and entertaining. Or at least films that won't make me want to strangle the charecters.

So the list so far is:

Spirted Away
Dogma
Dead Poet's Society
Yentl
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Dagon (sadly, he said no)
The Prince of Egypt
A Friendly Persusation

Any suggestions?

Plus the movie has to be fairly easy to find - so no HELL HOUSE.

We did the Crucible last year for English, otherwise I would recomend it.

And my class would kill me for bring in Manos. Litterarly, since we're really close to the Home Ec. room. = )
